The point is, there's a process for dealing with this. (http://www.buzzerbeater.com/community/rules.aspx?nav=Foru...).

By reporting it, a whole team of people will be able to see your report and take appropriate action. By posting it here, no one who can do anything about it will see it.

I don't know what you posted, but when I have found really egregious cheaters I've bookmarked their teams and often I never see them log in again Most punishments aren't visible, either fines or account-locks, but I too believe they are there.
