Alright everyone, I have decided to hold a contest to encourage training of our young New Zealanders. The idea is this: Train a New Zealand rookie, if he makes the Season 21 U21 team, you win. We will be giving away several prizes including a picture of the winner on the NZ Offsite forum*.

Because it usually takes 3 seasons of dedicated training, everyone will have a fresh start, the goal is for the Season 21 U21 team. So you will need a great 18 yr old rookie on your team now! If you don't currently have one, you will have to buy quick!

Now I know that Season 21 is a long time from now. To keep you motivated and give you an opportunity to brag about your trainee, I will be posting rankings, updates and giving away prizes along the way. If you have a top 5 19 yr old in Season 19, or a top 5 20 yr old in Season 20 you will win a prize. The top 5 will be based on salary increase.

If the contest is a success, I will consider extending it for the Season 22 U21 team!

Train lots of ID, IS and RB during the first 1 season and a half, ignore SB.
Then transition it to one on one forward and passing. and you're all set :D
