If you plan to make them SF, you might train some more OD, but also 1 on 1 for some pops there. then inside def and later some passing. That's one option, others can give more help ;)

Remeber that making great SF takes a lot of time, that's out of the question.-

First player needs driving, perimeter defense and some jumpshot... I would start with 1 on 1 for forwards.
Second player - I would mainly train OD here, he also needs some jump range and handling.
Third player - jump shot, jump range and perimeter defense to make him SG while you train outside skills.

When to stop... hard to tell. I'd say you pop their outside defense 3 times and then decide what to do next. For the 3rd guy, I think he could become best of all 3. When you switch to inside skills, he will be really good and then you decide whether he's good enough to stay or you need money.

Thanks all of you,

So i should mainly focus on OD and JR (including few weeks 1on1). Then, i could switch to inside with some Defenses?
And i know JS must be 2 positions so i would train it later( because i have only 3 18yr guys***)

my 2nd and 3rd player OD is same right now!
If i want my 3rd one's OD reach 12, will my 2nd one only have 10 OD?

Maybe the first one turn to be a PF is a better way, do u agree?

If you say you're training JS because it's 2 positions, then you would like to know that 1 on 1 is also 2 positions...
