From the time training is supposed to be run until the time it actually runs when there are delays, is it possible to lock everybody's training plans for that week. This would eliminate people accidentally submitting training that they think won't take effect until the following week.

mmh i don't know, i think many people change their training on purpose during that time, and i think the planned time betwen scrimmage and training is already pretty short so that i think many players appreciate this extra chanche to change.
