This is a good suggestion. The only question is, should the specialitys remain hidden, levels obviously should be revealed. I think it's normal to be able to browse the staff of every team in the game. It's not like real teams hide their trainers, physicians or publicists. Example

yer last season i actually went out and bought an awesome PR manager just before the finals. Nearly worked a treat as well, but nobody would have known.
I kinda thought to myself, "Maybe this should be a news item?"
