I have a question regarding training and a team that goes bot

What does the team train? Does it train the previously last set training? Does it do any training at all?

and additionally, if the 'Update' button on the training page is not set, does the system automatically take the previous week's training setup? (this is with regards to a non-bot team).

To answer the 2nd part. If training isn't changed it just stays the same each week.
