surely they will count.
there is either a mistake or you aren't training PG position and thats why minutes dont show up?

I once bought a player and he already played a game on the day I bought him, and I played him again that day, so he basically played 2 games in one day, but his first game minutes did not show up on his weekly minutes. He would have played 120ish minutes that week. So I was happy.
