Money comes into the system from new teams, tv contract and attendance.
Money goes out in salaries, buying free agents, arena expansion, training, interest and when teams go bankrupt.
Money is transferred between players through the transfer list.

Are there any estimates of the numbers here?

Actually teams going bankrupt is ADDING money to the system (their debt is erased, once they go bot).
