Thinking of becoming a supporter. A big selling point for me is Private League status. Couple questions....

(1) You get to play a Private League game each week plus your normal two games and your scrimmage? So basically it's a fourth game each week (though 100 percent meaninless)?

(2) Are there PLs for teams ranked around 34K? My team's current rank is

World Rank: 34019
Country Rank: 1916

Would there be a PL out there for a team like mine, and how hard is it to get into a PL? Can I still get into a PL today, or can you only join a PL at a certain point of the season?

Thanks in advance for any info. Also, I plan to purchase Supporter tonight. Is it instant, or does it take it awhile to activate?

Yes to all your questions. PLs should be pretty easy to find. At most it takes a couple of days. PLs are starting up all the time.

I think supporter is totally worth it.

I agree Supporter is definitely worth it. Bookmarking players is very very useful tool which I enjoy.

Please tell me what bookmarking players does for you and how it work please? I'm not sure how it works on here. Thanks.

You can also write a little note next to whatever you bookmark. A useful way to record the skills of a player on the TL, and then later you can figure out what he sold for. A good way to get a feel for how much people are paying for different kinds of players.

PL games are far from meaningless. If you are in the right PL it is worth a lot of bragging rights. Some have fantastic communities to support them. They are also a great opportunity to try out new tactics. Do be careful to join one with teams at about your level, play against teams that are too strong or weak and it is all for nothing.

I actually joined a league with 8 teams, 5 of them are teams I feel I can compete with, but two are so far ahead of my team that I'm sure they will crush me. I'm hoping to get into a much larger PL at the start of next season. I'm thinking of starting up one myself with as many teams as it will allow me to have in it. Are PLs with more or less players better?

One good tip is that if you time it right and have the correct number of teams then you can have the PL about the same length of time as a real league which is cool. Having a big PL with 16 teams takes 15 weeks as well as more weeks for finals, it is too long!
