There are a few other things you should know about the best way to build. Start of next season when the new draftess come out, invest some money in 18 year olds, or 19 year old player if you can not afford 18 year olds. Make sure they have allstar potential as a minmum but aim for a minimum of MVP if you can afford it. Pick one position to train them in. SF is not a good idea for beginers, however, PG or C is much easier. Train defense first for a couple of seasons before focusing on other skills. I'm sure that as this your players progress, you will figure out what to train next. There is alway the option of this forum, or a mentor that can help guide you.
Read these guides to help you out with how training works.
(381.1) and
(78242.1)Getting a mentor just to get you pointed in the right direction isn't a bad idea. You can always ask for one here
(200647.1) or purhaps try in your countries forum.
Now people think differently when it comes to buying staff. In my opinion, a lvl 1 doctor is enough for now. A level 3 PR manager is ok. When it comes to a trainer, lvl 5 is what I'd aim for. Just make sure you dont buy one with a high salary.
Also don't build your stadium until you can afford to do so. Stadium seat prices are also important. Put them too high, and you wont make as much money as you can. Put them too low, and you might sell out, but you wont make as much money as you can. It basically something that you will need to work out for what price is the best for each section. There is a thread here somewhere about that, but I can not find it. If I get a little more time and find it, I will post it on here.
Just remember, playing BB is not a sprit, it's a marathon. It takes time and patience to build a great team.
Wish you all the best with your team. Most of all, enjoy :)
