I've been noticing this pattern and I'm not sure if its something I should worry about and attempt to correct or not. Last season, my first full one, my team underwent heavy reconstruction as I removed less skilled players and sought good bargains via free agency. Through this process I managed to get a rather decent record and make it to the finals of my division albeit suffering a low familiarity score for the team amongst the fanbase. Due to this and the success of the team I decided to largely leave it alone this season and have done well once more. In all current season categories but one in the fan survey, my fanbase rates us 4 or higher in the response. That one category however, the fans perception of my efforts to improve the team, has sunk faster than the titanic, down to 0.5.

Should I be doing something, despite the team's perfect season? Or is there just no pleasing the fanbase completely?

TL;DR, Make the effort to change the team and the fans are unfamiliar with the team; let the team succeed without changes and fans think you're lazy as a GM.

the fans are utter morons

last time i sold a player was 23rd of october last year but i still get 1 1/2 balls for "i am familiar with the star players"

what a joke may as well be a daytrader

also for "i am pleased with the team's performance last season" i get 3 balls

i lost in the qf by 1 point against the team i had the worst matchups against of any in the league, 1 point! one more basket & i was probably in the finals with a shot @ promoting, what more do they want?

Not sure exactly when to do it, if mine is getting low I sign one or two dudes and then cut them before the monday where wed have to pay their salary. I probably do it like once every three weeks, but Im constantly changing around my roster so its always high, I think the game wants a lot of turnover in yor players.
