this was an announcement 3 months ago

We also mentioned a few months ago a separate project that our new development team would allow us to bring under the BuzzerBeater umbrella. Given the difficulties we have had in training our new team without bringing down parts of BuzzerBeater, we are going to instead use this project as our training ground where possible, accepting less time spent on the existing game in return for reducing mistakes that affect the live website.

3 months later we must be geting close to something & id love to be in from season 1 rather than season 10

so does anyone know what is coming

or what would u like to see

Poll:  What new theme of game would you like to see unde the BuzzerBeater umbrella?

Gridiron
Baseball
Ice Hockey
College Basketball
Womens Basketball
Car Racing
Athletics
Tennis
Soccer game #2,367
Outdoor Olympic Chess

but i also found this, surely they aren't just joking?

But wait – there’s more! One of the conditions behind our ability to expand our team was a promise that we would push forward with an additional project, developed so far by a small, independent group of developers given access to many parts of our code. The groundwork for it has already been established by this outside team, and we strongly believe that by now bringing this project under our umbrella, we’ll end up with something you’ll enjoy. For now, our focus is on the logistics of our new team and office, and you can rest assured that our primary focus is, and always has been, the growth and development of BuzzerBeater. As such, we’d like to put off questions on the new project for a while, and if, in the months to come, we can to turn it into something we’re proud of, we’ll make sure to let you know!

Maybe they're going to follow in the stunning success of Hattrick and give us "Buzzerbeater Open."

Ugh. I shouldn't make this joke on an upset stomach.

darn that is a pity cause this is the best manager game ever & i wanted to see what else u had planned

so accepting that it is dead & buried

would there be any harm in telling us what it was?
