Maybe try selling some for higher price than you bought, and whichever sells, hell be cut?:D Tooked a look at your squad, and i think someone of those 4-5k salary guys with worsier skills should have been cut. Cause if you are training those 18 year old, they should be better than those 4k salary ones in the end of the seazon.
