Just curious on opinions and facts if you have any...............

Level 4 Trainer

How many pops should a 19 year old player get in two position training?

How many pops should a 19 year old player get in one position training?

Assume that both get the full 48 minutes every single week.

Any opinion/facts on weather or not it's better to jump from training category to training or just stick with one training category week after week? Does it matter at all or help or hurt things any?

Mere opinion but I'd go with:

- 19 year old player get in two position training: one every 3 weeks
- 19 year old player get in one position training: one every 2 weeks.

You do the math =)

I'd go with 1 pos everytime is possible, especially because you have some skills that you can't train 1 pos.

Last 14 weeks my 19 year 6'0 player have been trained 1 pozition, poped 15 times. 11 times when he was 18 year old
My 20 year old 6'4 player poped 10 times. 10 times when he was 19 years old.

I have been using lvl 4 trainer both seazons, all times 1 pozition training: OD and passing, also some jump range and IS

Dont think 2 pozitions is a good choice, if u can train those skills at one pozition, unless you have no choice.

Way to many variables to make this conclusion.

It obviously depends on their height and the positions being trained as well but no 19 year old getting 2 position training is going to pop as slow as once every 3 weeks. I had one 19 year old big pop 11 times over 14 weeks in 2 position training last season.
