When I try to change lineups, the screen reads in red lettering:An error occured with tactics. Could anyone help with this please? It would be much apreciated.

Huh. I don't really know what you tried to do/change/etc., so there could either be a bug or you made a mistake... what exactly were you trying to do (step by step)?
