Did you seriously have expected to win with that type of sg/sf shooting? combined 12/39. Also you made 10 less assits, that means that your players, who was better than oponent ones have shooted from way more difficult situations. 9 more turnovers.......5 less blocks..... dude if you would have eaqual players you should have been lost by 40-50.

Maybe he also had alittle bit more enthusiazm, home court advantage and better stamina.

I think the answer you're looking for lies in 2 places. Home court advantage and enthusiasm.

He gets an edge that doesn't show up in the ratings playing you at home and when I look at enthusiasm, I can guarantee that he had a lot more saved in the bank. He played normal in the Quarter finals while you played crunch. And when punching your teams into basketball prospectus, he played a lot of TIE this season whereas it shows that you didn't. So his lesser players played at a higher level than yours. That shows in the boxscore where his stats were far better but not in the ratings. My guess is that your enthusiasm for the game was at 5 while he was at 8-9.

When was your team obviously better than his? I looked up the starters and checked the matchup ratings, he beat you in 4 in 5 positions. Performance ratings get higher if the team enthusiasm is high. I ran a check on your team, you don't TIE at all the past many games. He deserves that win as he's been maintaining a high enthusiasm.

Let's not forget that he also had a home court advantage.
