I think its a good idea, im ineligable, but i would troll through the Div IV leagues and see who is interested.
obviously just email the guys who have supporter cause only they can play PL games.
but i wish somebody had done that with me when i first started, cause i just played in crappy private leagues where the organizer would be 1 billion world rankings above everyone else.
