Always somebody says something about '' that tactic will work with your team '' and '' don't use this tactic, you'll lose ''.

The complexity of these tactics are almost invisible, and we can't just play in Motion just because our best player is a SG. I can say I do not know much about tactics, and I think much people don't know how they are.

Sometimes I read something what I didn't know, and much managers I bet got the same problem. Now we have to kill these doubts and once for all and have some knowledge about the tactics.

Can we start in the offensive side with Patient and Princenton and in the deffensive side Box and One?

Can you be more speific?
There are some points that everyone agree (focus, pace), and some that aare debatable and depends on any roster and league. For instance, I'm one of those that go with slow pace against better teams and fast pace against teams with not so great roster or lacjing any good bench player. Other coaches see it the complete opposite, believeing that the fast pace will help facing better teams. And that is good, otherwise all the teams would play the same.

Patient is slow pace and, according to the engine, searches your best offensive player. Works great when you have one player that is far far better than the rest of your roster.

Probably you are asking for more, but more specific would mean the gms giving away the formulas used to calculate, and that won't happen. Ever.
