Hey guys, I just thought this thread should be made so that all those awkward moments that we come across can be appreciated by other managers haha +1 me if you think this was a good idea

I'll go ahead and kick it off with mine:

The awkward moment when you've gone through all the threads and there are no more new messages, but then you get bored, so you mark all of them as unread, and read through them again

The Awkward moment when E.B.W. asks for a +1, but doesn't get any, and CoachSK gets them right now without asking for any...
