Hey guys!

After a season that had it's ups and downs for my team, I've decided to run for NT manager. I think most of you know me, but just in case, I'm Ralph, I live in Auckland and I'm 15.

Why should we let a 15 year old run the team you ask? Well, for starters I'm very active in the game and in the community, I admin the offsite and post regularly on it. I'll admit that I'm not the most experienced in the game but over the 3 seasons I have been playing I have learnt so much from the NZ community it's scary. The reason I run for election is that I want to give something back.

My goals for the next 2 seasons are:

- Keep the offsite flowing with posts all throughout the season - This will probably be my biggest challenge, but I believe it's the most important.

- Get us CLIMBING in the rankings. - Not dropping like we have been recently.

- Make the second round of the Asian Champs. - And come 3rd-4th in that pool, depending on what teams we're up against.

I also have a couple of other tricks up my sleeve, but these will be revealed later in the debate thread.

Looking forward to your questions on the debate thread.

Cheers
Ralph

Ralph, I don't wanna be offensive, but how you've said, you're a newbie in the game. You play a little time, you can't have so much responsabilities like those you'll have. In Brazil, we had a newbie as NT Coach, when I was starting in the game, 6 seasons ago, he was a crap, he didn't do anything good. You're smart, learn fast, but isn't time to get so much responsabilities.

Saltori Pipe down, don't rag on others just because you were rejected as a legit NT candidate in a previous election.

I believe Ralph would do a fine job.

I was rejected, and I don't know why. But isn't about it. He has other things to care. He has to improve his team, but there're other managers who can do it better.

+1, Rafael, my team is arguably the same as yours already. Try improving your team, then you might be respected here.

I do not think success is a measure of respect. There are a few managers who have way more success than I do, but I have little to no respect for them. I feel it is the manager as a person and their activity and such that earns peoples respect, for me at least :)

Yeah I'm sort,of the same but he talks like he thinks he is a pro, and I'm fine with people that do as long as they are pros. Until he becomes one he is going to find it hard in these forums if he carrys on like before.
