Well, as you know, i'm the current NT manager and I'm going to put my hat in for another 2 seasons.
I feel that we've made good progress over the last 2 seasons, we've won a few big games, and our world ranking has gone up almost 20 places, exceeding my initial targets.
Other improvements have come from training and minute management from the managers. A few players are (eventually) being trained up to NT standards and the vast majority of players left in the NT keep SG 8+, I'm hoping this will continue. We now have a solid core of players and a few youngsters who will make the grade but we still DESPERATELY need a SF, if someone trains one worthy of the NT, i'll give them 3 months supporter.
So i'm asking for your vote to continue this work, and see what else we may accomplish.
