as the current manger of Ghana id like to post a few questions for the nominies.
1. how do you plan to find new talents for the NT.?
2.are you planing to lead this team by yourself or there will be assitents to help you and if so what will be there roll in your manging team?
3.the Ghanian community was vrey sleepy if you can call it like this in the last 2-3 seasons.
do you think you can wake this community up and if so how do you plan to do it?

as you said: who ever will be elected ill be happy to give him my files about the ghanina players who are in the NT and thos who are as reserve.

good luck.

ok, actually those are the same problems I've had to deal with in Ireland for major NT as well as U21 NT. Actually it's a bit difficult to involve a sleepy community, but as manager or staff of a NT we should try to do several things. Then you have to expect that it's not sure there will be fast progress.. Anyway if I got the job I would plan some points, as I done in Ireland:

- looking for good players using web tools or simply checking out the past matches of U21 NT;
- getting in touch with the U21 NT manager and discuss about prospects, players' owners and so on;
- sending BBmails to all NT players' owners with eventually some piece of advice;
- trying to involve ghanian users or which ones who care of this national team in my project. In this way, I would share an excel page in google documents which anyone could update. That could help to involve a few people, then they could be my staff.
- planning the season and find out the weakness points of the team, then try to succed in solving most problems.

Sadly, I suppose that this election will see ZERO voters in the end... :-(

There will be one vote for sure.
As i see this vote will be lonely...
For me it's very important to have a good NT team and also U21 team, i've already contacted our U21 coach, but he won't answered me, so i'm a bit dissapointed. An NT coach must really care about the country and users (not hard for one user). Lack of communication is a mistake what's unacceptable for that job.
Mostly i will consider experience and success. I'm planing to bring home players to Ghana, to train and compete here, when my finances able to do it, so i want to elect somebody, who will help in it.

That's great, vickym. When I was U21 coach I tried to motivate and expand the interest around the team in the Ghanian community; in the end, we got good players, we won some bronze medals and now the NT is still counting on those players as starters. As I alwyas said, in small BB countries the NT/U21 coach should be able to merge with the community more than countries with much more managers, as every single trainee is so important.

Spread the word around, let your friends subscribe to the game; it's the only way to see more good players come from Ghana :-)

as i said vick.
communication is very important in the community.
in last two seasons there was no ghanian user i was able to contact him and he answerd.
no one answerd i felt very loenly.

its very important as cobra said to spread the bazzer game in ghana so more and more users will subscribe.
i decided to try my luck somewere else.
