im pretty sure we don't need a scout for U-21.
lest be honest.. who doesn't want their player to make U-21 NT, anyone with exceptional rookie skill will probably contact you before you even consider them :)
well that's just my thinking anyway

Trust me when I say that does not always happen. Plus a scout can find players and help managers with training to benefit the country the best.

We already have 2 before this post. It's mainly for updating the DB. But I'm having to BB-Mail 40 managers, and Thunder has to BB-mail 20, so it is a lot of work.
So yeah, its just to keep the DB updated.

I woke up to 76 BB-Mails once and accumulated something like 150-200 in 4 days. Cannot even fathom what BBs and GMs go through.
