First one definitely. PAS from SG is not that important in LI. Driving and IS are more important, and the first one is better in Driving, and lower in IS. And he has much better skills other than PAS. His JR, OD, JS and HAN are much better. Even if you play LP where PAS DOES matter, you will be much better off using the first one. The second one doesn't even have good JR, necessary for an SG.

I don't exactly agree.
I basically ran two PGs at 1 and 2 last year in D.3 exclusively playing LI and some LP. My PG had 5.8 Assists with 13 PA in 31 mins, while my SG (11 PA) had 5 Ass in 35 min. So yes, Passing can absolutely make a difference at SG.
Furthermore, neither player had great JR (7 and 9 respectively) and still I was able to go 22-0, basically going the Timberwolves way of no wingplay to speak of, two PGs and two double double machines down low.

I agree entirely. Passing for SG is actually very important in a LI/LP offense. It improves shot quality and offensive flow (you'll find less 3pt/deep 2pt shots as the shot clock winds down) and while the game engine isn't quite the same as real life, you still need guys to get your big men the ball in the paint.

All of that said, in response to the original poster, you go with the first player. As everyone else said, he's got better skills across the board that you can't pass up, and the extra points in driving are (from my experience) more important than the extra IS points. I had a player a few seasons back with 12 DR and 1 IS and he made a pretty good chunk of his "driving layup" shots.

but in this case this most be number 1 :) You forgot to emntion this.

That just 2 level of passing, and the shooting is still the main offensiv weapon of a guard, is only makes a very little difference. Passing is usefull, and wouldn't be that low in my team but here the weaker passer is definately the better player.

I did forget that part, didn't I.
I guess I gave a more generalized answer in an attempt to not only be helpful to the original poster but also others lurking in.

First one is much better. The extra defence will help against run and gun also. Better GS and experience also help and the high free throw is nice.
