Hey guys, i know this seems really early to be talking about this but I'm 5-0 in my league with a +220 PD and i believe very strongly that i will be promoting this season. My question is:

Since i will most likely have the last pick in the draft, and i have a lot of active managers in my league (Unlike some V. Leagues), Should i not spend any of my drafting points this season and keep them for next season when i may have a better draft spot? Right now im scouting 2 points a week, and have 6 all ready in the bag... so what do you think? Would it be worth spending anything on the draft? Last season it wasn't

P.S. Also keep in mind I already have two 18 year old trainees right now, so having a lack of youngsters on my team next season shouldn't be a problem.

Keep investing, but keep the points as well. You can always use those points in better drafting situations.

I would spend some points (10) to look for draftees age, maybe accidiently youll grab some decent trainee.

I'd agree with justututkas - you probably want to do the combine and sort your list by age at least. If you're looking for trainees, you can sort them by height too, and if you're looking to sell them, maybe put guys around 6'7 or so near the top since a 5/5 guy is more likely to slip through the cracks at that height (since big men trainers will scout the tall guys more and guard trainers the short guys). But mostly just keep the remainder of the points for the next season.
