Well, I have two potential young players in PG and SG position, now i'm just focus on the defensive end of training, but here comes the questions, one of them is 19 and another is 20, I merely know when will they stop improving their ablities, I mean after 26 or 27? or they will improve all the time just as I train them?

And is there any connections between the potential grades like all-star or superstar and the furthest level they can achieve like tremendenous or higher? I just mean what's the limit of each level of potential. because my PG is all-star and my SG is superstar.

If I train them at the defensive end for couple of seasons, which level is the limit of the defensive ability?

Thanks for help!!

every year they get older, the training speed decline a bit. You can train player over 26/27 but don't expect a pop every 2-3 weeks anymore.

the potential limits the skills in total, not single skills. So one Allstar might reach Jumpshot 18 but lacks therefore in some other aspect in the game, in comparision to an allstar guard who is around 11-13 in all guard skills(and capped). there are some tool out there who approximate the potential quite good, i believe under important thread there are also some potential tools linked(i believe caoch parrot have it integrated).

Thanks a million! I learn a lot from your answer!

So it's wiser choice for me to train a guard with just one or two aspect I think

and I think there's still some connections between the tragedy and the improvements

cuz several weeks ago my tragedy is about outside shooting or pick and roll

I trained shooting, so they growed up quickly, but this week I buy a good C, so I changed my tragedy to the inside one

and the speed of growing is slower

but it's hard for me to find the balance of training and winning the game by choosing the best tragedy

anyway, I need money now~

thanks again!

i don't think so, i personally rate multi skilled player higher. I am not sure about the potential, but the salry is at least potential, so you also get more skills for the same salary and probadly also more skills into the potential if you train multiskilled.

And the ebst way to train is to concentrate on some player and not switching it(at least if you just plan a short training switch)
