If this were your starting lineup, what kind of offense would you run? I'm a D4 team that is just trying to stay in D4, not trying to win, so this is the lineup I'm going to go with most likely. What offense do you think would work best? I've been a Look Inside team nearly all season, but I think I should maybe run a more guard oriented offense to get my SG 21 y/o trainee a bigger role.

Here is my starting five

PG- 20 y/o trainee (9 JS, 6 JR, 8 OD, 9 PA) - backed up by a 5K trainee
SG- 21 y/o trainee (15 JS, 9 JR, 11 OD, 9 DR) - backed up by a 10K 26 year old
SF- 31 y/o veteran (13 JS, 8 JR, 6 OD, 9 REB, 8 ID) - backed up by a 5K guard trainee
PF- 21 y/o trainee (10 IS, 11 ID, 6 REB, 8 PA, 8 HD) - looking for quality backup
C- 33 y/o veteran (12 IS, 12 ID, 16 REB, 8 SB) - looking for quality backup

Also, what kind of defense would you be running based on what you see above?

Well there are some skills that really can be making a difference like IS for your guards which can mean a lot for LI offense. Also Passing for your SG and SF.
Guessing that your SG's passing is 6 or 7 I will probably run Low Post or Look Inside.
Defense really depends on what your opponent's offensive tactic or skills are. So M2M I guess.

Side note: You really shouldn't have trainees of different positions unless your training secondaries for one of them.

The only reason I have the big listed as a trainee is because from time to time I get him 48 minutes as a guard to get some of his outside skills up. But he's really what he is. He may never get another pop for me, and he may get two or three more. Not sure. I only give him minutes at guard when I can afford to and it not play a difference in the game.

i tend to motion in your case, but varying is never bad since it is ahrder for your opposition to adjust and you will also get a feeling for the ability for your team to play certain tactics.
