My plan right now is after this week(which will be either JS training or One on One not sure yet) I will pump OD until Rickard hits legendary. Then Passing to prodigious and JS until he caps. What levels do you think I can reach. Do you think that is even possible to do? Would anyone else do something differently? Any help is appreciated. I realize they are going to start being limited in a season or two due to potential and that the are taller than usual for guard training. Please I do not want to hear any of that :P

Edit: I also have a level four trainer.

Man, training OD until Legendary on 201 cm guy...you rock!

The problem is you are training them together...I would make first one a PG and second one a SG, but as I said, you are training them together...so you have to decide if you will make both SG or both PG

I'm not sure if it's worth it to train OD to legendary. OD abd JR would train really slow for Rickard. I would train driving, passing and JS. It's always good to have high passing. High passing especially helps in tactics like motion and even low post to a lesser extent. I would give him at least two pops in PA and DR, then pump up JS and if you really want to OD.
Your second guy cannot be a SG because he has really low JR. Training passing would be good here since his is low. The driving training should give him training in handling also which should be quite a bit higher for a PG.
Seriously though, their JR is really low and should trained up if possible especially for the second player. The first could do with one pop in JR.
Your training has been pretty good so far and your judgement seems to be quite good.

JR would train fast due to the elastic effect between OD and JR. I think his plan is good except a few weeks of JR would help. A build like:
18 12
20 15
13 17

That would be great and he could probably sneak more pops in as well.

The second guy would probably be something like:
19 10
16 12
13 15

Then a few more JR pops and you got yourself a SG. I think it is very possible to make the first a PG and the second a SG.

One on One for PG / SG
Teodoras Šepetinskis ↑popped↑ in Handling from mediocre to average.
Mikelis Precenieks ↑popped↑ in Driving from respectable to strong.
Anton Rickard ↑popped↑ in Handling from wondrous to marvelous.
Anton Rickard ↑popped↑ in Driving from tremendous to wondrous.
Cordell Early ↑popped↑ in Driving from tremendous to wondrous.

Okay so one on one turned out well. I am switching to OD. I think OD to 20, PA to 17, JR to 13 and then JS is the plan.

Thanks everyone! I will keep you posted!
