Can anyone tell me does the height of a player matters? I have a PF that is like 6'4". Should that ever be a problem?

Height effects training speed. He's 20 years old so if you plan to train him as a PF, you will likely be very dissappointed at how slow he develops. If you train him as a guard/SF you'll probably be happier with the results. For training advice, you'll have to post his current skill set.
BTW, I noticed that you have a lot of 20 year olds with very high potential but low skills for their age. My advice on this would be don't make the mistake that many newer users make and chase potential. High potential in older, poorly trained players is useless because they'll never, ever reach that potential. If both players have similar skills, you'd be far better off focusing on 18 year olds with all-star potential than a 20 yr old with HOF or Superstar potential.

It's a weird one at BB. The height is already included in the skill, so a 5'9 player with respectable ID is as good at ID as a 7'5 player with resp. ID. it's like the 7'5 one's so bad at ID, that his ID is really atrocious, but for his size.
You do however see 7'5 players with atrocious ID, which kinda makes you wonder..

Yeah. They probably just stand in front of their opponent. The ID takes care of itself.
