When I play man to man will each player match up exclusively against another or is there some help defense that goes on? I play almost exclusively zone and I don't want my center to not have an effect on the other teams PF for example. Will there be any cross over of defensive pressure between positions?

The players will play about 90% on their matchup the other 10% is help defense.

Just think about real life basketball, there will always be mismatches. I play M2M quite often so I have some experiences.

If your team all are pretty even and good defenders then its like 99% ur oponents will be shopting against your players, which was supposed to guard them. I always play m2m and missmatches are very rare, since im best defensive team in the league. The worse the defenders, especially guards are, the more missmaches youll have and the more fouls your pf and c will commit.
