How much bettet do players and teams play when they have very good enthusiasm and gameshape against teams who have bad enthusiasm and gameshape? Thanks!

Most likely a 50k player or even 30k player with proficient GS would outperform a 100k player with inept GS.
Approximately a TIE with enthusiasm of 8 is equal to a normal of enthusiasm 5. So enthusiasm greatly increases performance.
