I am in the second quater now of a game against a team with no players. My team has 25 fouls playing aginst no one. How stupid is this? Two guys fouled out before the 10 minute mark. This is going to mess my stats and everything up. Do I report this as a bug or what?

There is a logical reason for this. All "ghost" players and lucky fans have atrocious in all stats. This includes the hidden stat of physiciality. So they are the most nasty, aggressive and foul prone/foul drawing players ever. So they both commit and draw fouls at a crazy rate. They also cause a lot more injuries. It is annoying cause it is easy to have your minutes messed up but that is one downside of playing against them.

I'm am always mind boggeled why someone is allowed to set a line up that has noplayers in it. It is completely illogical that anyone will show up to future games after someone forfeits a game.
