For the first time I experience this:

my enthusiasm went down from 13 to 5 because I played crunch time in a tournament game,

it used to go 2-3 levels like from 13 to 11 or 10 but to go down more than that it was a first.

I guess your enthusiasm were 13 just after tuesday match, right? Probably on thursday it was 10-11, so not uncommon that it's 5 right now
