Yes, because the cost of Inside Shot, Inside Defense and Rebounding are higher in terms of pops and salary than a guard's skills. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Definitely. From their POV the big men need more shotblocking (that would bloat the salaries even more)

I think more evenly built players was the goal at all position. Offensive skills are also more weighted on salary and a lot of inside players have a lot IS.


Tbh I think the idea of having allrounders on every position is humbug. Nobody can start five LaBrons or Magic Johnsens...

No u cant play 5 lebrons, but u can go some kind of dwayde wayde, lebron and chris bosh :))

It may have a larger impact on PF and SF. During training, you can not train these positions directly. You always have to pair these positions up with either Centers or as forwards together, limiting the potency of training. The respective time it takes to train these positions may affect their salaries as opposed to Centers and Point Guards.
