I am wandering if there is a glitch or somthing with the March April traing. Both my wife and I have noticed NO POPS in 4 weeks. I have been traing on the same skil(Outside Shooting wingmen) or four weeks. She will not tell me what she is traing for but also claims 4 weeks, same skill, NO POPS. What is going on?

I figured it out. You are training old people, at 27+ you shouldn't expect much when it comes to training. You 25k SG with Star potential has probably reached his full potential as well. Plus you aren't getting your 20 yr old SF 48+ minutes which drastically affects that amount of skill increase he gets from training.

Isn't Outside Shooting, the slowest training skill? IF your not doing 1 position and getting 48+ mins a week. That's probably right, especially if they are older.

it takes a short 18yo being single position trained with a level 6 trainer 2-3 weeks to get a pop in JR

if ur training guys in 2 position add 50%
if ur guys are old like someone said around 25 at least double that
if ur guys are capped triple that

if all 3 ur guys would expect 2 get a pop every 27 weeks

maybe u need 2 do something different

JR training is slow for old men. I had one pop in handling in 4 weeks outside shooting training.
