Just took a quick look at your team. You are in good shape for a div V team. Since your best two players (highest salary) are your C and PF you probably should be playing an inside offense instead of run and gun, which is an outside focused offense. I would suggest playing Look Inside. Your two big men are probably better than most in your league so they should be able to carry you. I looked at the two team ahead of you in the standings, and I think you could probably beat both of them and win the championship in your league this season.
You also recently bought an 18 year old shooting guard (good buy, you got him at a great price) once he gets healthy, make sure you are training him he looks like he has some good starting skills so he could be a really good player in a few seasons. In the mean time, I would buy at least one more 18 or 19 year old PG or SG with at least star potential to train along side him.
