I think it would be great if all of the NT players and their club who owned the NT player gain an advantage.
My idea is simple, and the points are :
1. To make people more interested to maximize training of the high-end NT players to reach their potential.
2. To improve the value of the high-end NT players (player who has huge amount of salary).
3. Make the game more realistic by adding a higher value for high-salary players than the lower one.

to make my points worked out, we need to give what I'd call it, "the benefits of nurturing NT player". In my point of view, the benefit could be :
1. Salary cut for every NT player- 66% for them who played in a given week, and 30% for them who don't played.
2. NT players get more experience for every NT match, so that overall every NT player will have higher experience than the others who don't make the NT squad. We have been seen that there is no benefit at all for the NT player until now, so people start to ask, where was made them differ from the mediocre players? No advantage at all to have any NT player but a flag in the player page and just a number of their cap in ther history page.

By this new feature, I'm sure it will make the game more interesting and attract more people to train and nurture the high-end players.

#1 seems real fishy. There already is a merch bonus when your player plays. Based on his salary and your NT's strength. i got a 40k SF that is in our NT and i sure notice a difference now that he's not playing compared to last season when he got to play some games.

a 40k player is not cost anything if we compared to a 400k, a 300k, or even a 200k and the current merch bonus is not significant to cover cost of those top-salary players.

2) It's there too, but XP is not enough important to motivate people. It would need a revamp of this skill to make an impact on NT players.

but the current XP differences are not visible to NT players and them who aren't.
For example my player, Chairil (5998393), he has played 71 NT matches, but he don't get any benefit of that, his exp only reach prominent, compare it to the others who have the same exp, this (4811537) and this (7613985), they don't even play any NT match at all. My conclusion :Current Exp distribution is very pathetic.

normal nt palyer don't play 3 games a week for gameshape, and about your cheating paranoia ...
