i have 2 trainee
#1, 20y-o,185cm,MVP pot.
JS12 JR7
OD15 HA10
DR13 PA7
IS7 ID6
RB4 SB6
ST4 FT6
#2, 19y-0,193cm,HOF pot.
JS11 JR5
OD7 HA13
DR16 PA8
IS11 ID2
RB7 SB1
ST6 FT8
should i train their OD first till #2's OD at 15+ ?
or put them on PF/SF and train DR till #2's DR at 19-20+ first and then switch to train OD ?

It's your call. I would do OD because #2's OD is 7 and #1's is a 15. Try and get them equal so they can be monsters on the court.

For Chunming, you should contact China U-21 NT coach and ask for advice. In my opinion I would not train DR and you should sell one of the players.

hard to match those two, the first one don't need OD for a whike for playing the second one in competive games it should be done. But i see more need in training, offense first which means passing and Jumprange for those two cause they need it both and maybe get OD up to 10 for the second.
