Next Season... where should I expect to finish?

http://www.buzzerbeater.com/league/317/overview.aspx is the league I am in.
Ravenswood should definitely be 1 of the teams promoting.
http://www.buzzerbeater.com/team/29781/overview.aspx is my team.
The team is young, no one will be over 30 next season too, and I got pick 6 in the upcoming draft pretty much clinched based on record this season.
http://www.buzzerbeater.com/player/23475250/overview.aspx and http://www.buzzerbeater.com/player/24449476/overview.aspx were 1 position trained basically all season.

I know for a fact something(s) my team needs improvement at is OD, and outside scoring.
Baseline Weekly Economy
Expenses Revenue
Player Salaries: $ 49 253 Attendance: $ 67 144
Staff Salaries: $ 41 939 Merchandise: $ 11 423
Scouting: $ 10 000 TV Contract: $ 57 596
Total: $ 101 192 Total: $ 136 163
Typical Weekly Net Income: $ 34 971

Expenses Revenue
Player Salaries: $ 84 341 Attendance: $ 66 707
Staff Salaries: $ 32 386 Merchandise: $ 16 555
Scouting: $ 11 666 TV Contract: $ 57 596
Total: $ 128 393 Total: $ 140 858
League Average Net Income: $ 12 465

Any advice? predictions? thing's you would do? I've thought of selling Quigley at start of next season to earn some money to try and use on TL to fix the outside problems? Would that be worth it or not so much?

Dr. J gave you some good advice. TIE is important and make sure to manage your game shape. Don't worry as much about outside scoring in Div V, solid OD will get the job done (aim to get some of your players at least above Prominent, if not to Sensational or Tremendous in OD). You can't relegate in US Div V so don't worry about that.

I wish there were pigmen. You get a few of these pigmen walking around I'm looking a whole lot better. Then if somebody wants to fix me up at least they could say, Hey he's no pig-man!

Yeah, right now... I have 1 strong OD... and then Salas is my 2nd best OD at Average. so my OD is pathetic.
I check the offsite thing once a week, for my ticket prices, and make adjustments as needed.

Sell Quigley and especially Salas immediately if you want to win promotion next season. You need PR lvl 5 with 15-20k salary (it cost no more than 12k), doctor as you wish but no more than lvl 3 with salary less than 10k and trainer lvl 1. Expand your arena now and then as much as you can. You need like 7-10k bleachers for division 4. Buy new players that dont cost much few k at most with lower salary around 6-8k. At the end off the next season you will have more money. Then buy new better players with higher salary and try to win promotion.

Salas is training for U21 and NT.
I see the logic in selling him, but, just interested in the theory of why I should?

All you said was sell Quigley and Salas, if I want to win promotion.
But I'm seeing gaps in that... Like how my team goes from 6th place, selling off the 2 best players, to winning promotion.
Is there something that happens in between that you could elaborate on for me?

You can get good price for Salas now and you need money. You cant afford training someone for few years you need to buy better players than him with less money. And with cash that lefts expand arena so that you can earn more from attendance and afford higher salary players. With better players you get better results and more money from arena. You need to have income as high as you can. With money you earn from your income, at the end of your next season you can buy few better players and try to win promotion.
