why has my best player suddenly just changed his position? :S

i have played my best player as a SG all the time i have had him, he was originally set as a SG, now he has just changed to SF after my traning this week, i dont understand, has anyone got the solution to why this has happened or if there is anyone else that has experienced it :/ would appreciate it much if someone could help

There is also no penalty for playing a player 'out of position'.

Best position is based upon the position that he has the highest salary on.


And the difference between the player's SG and SF salaries is probably negligible. If you're curious, helper apps like BuzzerManager will give you salary estimates for each position.
