Hey guys, my brother thinks just because he got into the finals (and is probably going to win it) he is better than me. Despite the fact that I'm still looking for a beast PG, I reckon I'll eventually be better than him. I think the only reason he's better than Me is because he's league is horrible.


That brings up the question.
Which league is the worst league out of all the league III's in Australia.

Without telling you who my brother is name the leagues from strongest to weakest or just simply state which league is the weakest...

This only a matter of opinion, i have judged on depth of the league and therefore it is tougher to play poor lineups and win if you are a top team. If i were to do it from which league has the best top 2 teams, it would be different.

Implying dunking is weak...

Simply implying that you're currently in the easiest division III. It's nothing to be ashamed of, I'd personally take advantage of the opportunity for an easier run to division II

sometimes having the strongest 2 teams makes the others at least look weak cause what is the point? better 2 save & wait

ur league is like that this season 1 of only 2 leagues w 2 teams in the bot promotion hunt

1 league i think is tough is 3/10

why?

its got phoenix5 ex-abbl & Meateors exd2 finalists as well as Quinn Kings been around since season 6 & friends with c-cat, direwolf, etc irl - that is some experience and knowledge

also this season both the west indies & meateros made it 2 6th round of cup (top 32 in cup including beating me!) only 2 d3 teams went further

i also judge d3s by the quality of their champions & trust me i know this league well cause all their winners come 2 2/1 & i was boasting that 3/6 has the best "graduates" but i was wrong look @ 3/10

s17 The Players 13/9 in 2/1 last season this season decided 2 tank & rebuild
s16 Persepolis Immortals 16/6 2nd in 2/4
s15 jw all-stars 16/6 2nd in 2/1 great team
s14 The Pwnage 20/2 1st in 2/1 my finals opponent
s13 karmar from s7 made playoffs in d2/4 but have lost interest
s12 amos rogues i think every1 knows him
s11 Whitebeard abbl champion
s10 Glenelg Tigers abbl team

haha thats debatable.

3.11 is pretty strong too:

Season 7: Billy Hoyle's Boys, champs, now ABBL
Season 8: Rampaging Marmots (totally awesome) (may have relegated back in to III.11 after a season...)
Season 9: Upwey Flames (got relegated from II, lost interest and botted)
Season 10: City Celtics (got relegated from II, got back up to II, got relegated again, botted)
Season 11: Tassie Guners - won III three times, kept getting relegated from II, lost interest and botted (this season, Marmots went 22-0 and still couldn't win a finals game)
Season 12: Kynlala Knights - need I say more, iwen's team, amazingly good trainer/coach/team etc. (season noteworthy for the Marmots again going 22-0 and getting knocked out first round of playoffs)
Season 13: Chelsea Seagulls - again, don't need to say anything more here - awesome team.
Season 14: Rampaging Marmots - hell yes.
Season 15: XBB, been around for ages, made it to the final 32 of the Cup once, now has seemingly lost interest and fallen to IV
Season 16: Ratman - stayed in II for about 10 seasons or something, trained that awesome NT PG whose name I forget, now botted.
Season 17: West Coast Steel - current II.1 (spare a thought for Villians who, at this point, have won the last 3 Great 8 conferences and have gone down in the final game of the playoffs each time)
Season 18: GoldCoastSH - current II team
Season 19: Has urmummas, 22-0 and looking good to take it all, and still has Villains (former ABBLer, been around since season 2).

So, not as strong as 3.6, but has still had Kynlala, Seagulls and Marmots come through, as well as West Coast Steel who should be strong in the future if interest is maintained. A lot of teams won and then went bot, though :P

most div III's would have rich histories. but here and now is what we need to judge them by. and i would say that III.1 this season has been the toughest div III.

all very capable teams. as can be seen by the no. 2 seed in the Big 8 and the no.3 seed in the Great 8 making the finals
