I might try doing a rebuilding process because most of my players suck should I and if I do I will get new players in the draft right?What is the right thing for me to do?

cut your roster down to 10 players. find what type of offense you want to run. then start buying players that would play well in your offense that are better than the players you already have. and after you buy a player, sell his back up. if he doesn't sell, fire him.
