Drafted a pretty good C today, shame as im training guards i have to sell.

Surely its a evolution for training in bb to allow 3 spot training for guards and forwards at the same time for different skills.

for example

PG trains passing
SG trains passing
C trains ID

I gain no further training advantage other then being able to build any aspect of my team at any time rather than being confided to my planned training schedule?

how you manage it with minutes them? I see at least there an advantage, or the removal of the current challenge for training.

But with a rookie, it isn't that bad to train him one season out of position for example, and train him with the guards and maybe even your guards at C a bit.
