I am here to announce that I am throwing my name into the election for U21 coach. Just a few things about myself; I have been on Buzzerbeater since season 12. I am on Buzzerbeater regularly. It is a very big hobby of mine and I am looking to take it to the next level. Personally, my goal in Buzzerbeater has always been to become the U21 coach instead of making it to the NBBA. I would be very honored to finally get the opportunity to lead the USA U21 team and get the chance to win a third consecutive Worlds Tournament gold.

I have been a part of the USA offsite for about 6 seasons now. In that time, I started off by being a NT scout. I learned a lot about training of U21 and NT players during that time. Each and every year I became more and more involved in the game discussions as well. I took on a bigger role of discussion during season 19's Americas Tournament. I recorded stats for every team in the tournament to analyze and help Magiker in choosing lineups for the games. During the Worlds tournament it wasn't necessary for me to keep stats since we had an awesome program on the offsite to do that, however I continued the process of helping with the game discussions.

As U21 coach my goal is to continue improving community involvement and work with owners to create an U21 "Dynasty". I am certain that we can continue being successful and win our third consecutive Worlds Tournament gold. Not only am I focused on winning another gold, but I want to leave the team in a position where it can win gold for many seasons to come. We are America, and we are #1 in the world and I will continue to prove to everyone that we are. God Bless America!

Hey,

I'm running for re-election. I think we had an extraordinarily successful run the past two seasons. A lot of people put in a lot of effort for our World Championship. There are two areas I think we could improve on:

1. Scouting. I think the work the scouts have done over the past several seasons is the main reason we've been so successful. We had the best team in America's by a mile two seasons ago, and a top 2 team last season at Worlds. Without the scouts and the managers that trained these guys, we definitely don't win worlds. Other countries will continue to improve in this area, so we have to as well. I would like to try to recruit more scouts. The more prospects we can cover, the better chance of one of them being useful for the U21 team. I am going to take a more active role in scouting the best guys for Worlds teams.

2. Community Involvement. I really spent much of my time scouting other opponents, bb-mailing our prospects managers, and posting on the offsite tactics discussions; didn't do much in the way of community involvement. Community Involvement is important for the future of the team. I think the PR write-ups we posted here on-site were fun. This isn't something I could personally see myself doing each week, but I'd be more than happy to write one if others would as well. Something I could do each week is to name an American player MVP of each week, and post on-site. The goal here is to give the guys who train U21 players some publicity. Hoping this rewards the managers a little more, as well as adds incentive for managers to train and maintain game shape on their players.

Thanks to everyone who votes for me, I'll do my best to keep our run going. Go USA!
