Bonjour à tous,

Je me présente je suis CP3C, un manager Français et je dépose ma candidature pour espérer devenir le nouveau manager U21.
Je suis sur BuzzerBeater depuis la saison 17, j'ai déjà une certaine maîtrise du côté tactique et formation du jeu et aujourd'hui je cherche
une première expérience en tant que sélectionneur.

Je suis un manager très actif sur BuzzerBeater, très souvent connecté, je suis sans cesse en train d'analyser les joueurs, les adversaires,
les tactiques etc...

Il sera très important pour moi d'établir et surtout de garder un contact avec les managers possédant des joueurs susceptibles de devenir
un jour U21. Nous pourrons ensuite décider des profils à leur donner pour avoir la meilleure équipe possible.

Bien sur, devenir sélectionneur demande beaucoup de boulot et je suis prêt à en prendre les responsabilités. Si je suis élu je vais
tenter d'avoir les meilleurs résultats possible au cours de mon mandat, mais pour ceci j'ai aussi besoin de vous. C'est à dire que
pour le bon fonctionnement de l'équipe, je demanderais aux managers possédant un joueur U21 dans leur équipe de tenir des bonnes formes.
Sans ça je ne pourrais pas faire de miracles...

Concernant les sélectionnés, je verrais un peu l'effectif une fois en place et seulement après on pourra discuter des profils nécessaires dans l'équipe.
Je resterais bien sur ouvert à toute proposition d'un manager concernant un joueur qui voudrait intégrer l'équipe.

Pour la saison à venir mes objectifs seront les suivants :

- Une 5ème place minimum dans le groupe B du championnat d'Europe Espoir mais la 4ème place sera visée.
- Passer dans le top 20 Européen
- Passer dans le top 40 Mondial
- Développer au maximum les futures stars en accord avec leurs managers

Pour une première saison je me fixe des objectifs que je pourrais atteindre et on montera la barre à chaque saison passé à la tête de l'équipe.

EDIT : J'aimerais aussi ajouter une petite chose, je fais partie de la communauté Française de BuzzerBeater et donc je connais beaucoup de managers. Tous les joueurs Belges susceptibles d'intéresser l'équipe U21 mais qui sont en vente seront proposés à des managers que je connais pour poursuivre leur formation. C'est très important d'avoir des gens prêt à s'investir dans la formation des joueurs.

Laat ik me vooreerst even voorstellen: ik ben CP3C, een Franse manager en ik stel me kandidaat en hoop de nieuwe U21 manager te worden. Ondertussen speel ik sedert seizoen 17; ik heb ondertussen wel ervaring wat tactische opstelling en opleiding betreft en zoek een eerste ervaring op als U21 coach.

Ik ben zeer actief op Buzzerbeater, heel veel online en ben zonder ophouden bezig met het analyseren van spelers, tegenstrevers, tactieken enz….

Het zal voor mij van essentieel belang zijn om een goed contact te maken en te onderhouden met de managers die een eventuele toekomstige U21 speler in hun team hebben. We kunnen zo beslissen welk profiel we hen best geven om een zo goed mogelijk team op te bouwen.

Zeker is dat U21 coach worden heel wat werk vraagt en ik ben bereid daar de verantwoordelijkheid voor te nemen. Indien ik verkozen word, dan zal ik uiteraard streven naar een zo goed mogelijk resultaat tijdens mijn mandaat. Maar daar heb ik uiteraard ook jullie voor nodig: voor het goed functioneren van het team, zal ik vragen aan de managers die een U21 bezitten om ze in goede vorm te houden. Zonder dat zijn geen mirakels mogelijk….

Wat de geselecteerde spelers betreft, zal ik hun potentieel bekijken eens verkozen en pas dan kunnen we zien wat voor profiel nodig is in het team…. Ik sta uiteraard ook open voor elke suggestie van een manager met een mogelijke U21 in zijn rangen.

Voor het volgend seizoen stel ik mij volgende doelen:
- minimum een 5de plaats in het Europees kwalificatietornooi, maar we viseren een 4de plaats
- Europese top 20 halen
- wereld top 40 halen
- maximale ontwikkeling van toekomstige sterren en dit in samenspraak met hun managers

Voor het eerste seizoen hou ik me aan wat ik voor mezelf haalbaar denk en daarna leggen we elk seizoen dat ik aan het hoofd zal staan, de lat hoger.

Let's start with an introduction.
I'm Laurens, a belgian coach with a lot of experience. I have been playing BuzzerBeater for more than 15 seasons and I have reached some goals allready. For example I have reached the final of the Lion's Cup once and I have spent most of my BB-career in D.II. And since I'm training players for the U21 myself, I know for other managers what it takes to prepare your players to contribute in one of our BB-nation's pride!

The plans I have with the U21 is to start a balanced team, which consists of good players each year. The way I plan to do this, is to focus my time as the U21 coach evaluating players and really supporting managers to aim their training on really prominent players.

And for the games themselves my experience should do the trick, since I have allready played my share of (important) matches, tactical desiscions and line-ups will be managed properly.

I also got some good contacts with the current staff of scouts, which also is a huge help! Ofcourse if you're eager to sign up to assist the U21, do not doubt to sign up for a spot!

And to finish my speech off, I will not bother you with my 'goals' because I don't know yet, what the team's level is. And ofcourse, the groups we get drafted in big tournaments. The only thing I can promise is that I will try my best to give this country an U21 team which this country can be proud of!

i'm CP3C, un french manager and i am going for the U21 headcoach job. I've joined BB since season 17 and have already mastered the tactical part of the game aswell as how to train a youngester. And because of this, i'm in search of a first experience with an U21 team as headcoach.

I'm a very active manager on Buzzerbeater, i often log in several times a day, and i'm a ruthelentless analysor of players (both mine and my opponents players) aswell as the tactics used by my opponents.

For me, it's very important to keep contact with all the managers that own a player who have a shot at becoming a U21 player some day. Once a good communication has been established, we can then help the managers out deciding on the best player profiles which would both suite club and country in order to have the best possible team.

I know that a U21 headcoach demands a lot of time and is hard work. I'm equally prepared to take accept the responsibilites of the job, that is if you are to elect me ofcourse. If i'm elected, i'll attempt to get the best possible results during my 2 season mandate, but to do this, i'll need YOUR help. By this, i mean to have a well oiled machine, i'll be asking of the managers owning a U21 player to take care of their minutes and keep their players in good shape. Cause without good gameshape, i won't be able to do achieve anything.

concerning the selected players: i'll be going through them after the election ( if you'll have me that is) and only afterwards can i discusses the much needed profiles to futher improve the team.
Ofcourse, i'll remain open to any managers willing to help their player integrate in the team ( providing that they'll help the team get more powerfull).

For the upcomming season, i've set the following objectives:

- a top 5 finish within the group B of the european U21 tournamanent, of where as i'll even be aiming to take the 4th spot
- move into the top 20 of europe ranking wise
- move into the top 40 worldwide
- develop a maximum of futur star players with the consent of their managers.

For my first season, i'm setting these goals for now and i'll move em up each season to slowely but surely improve the team.
