Hi guys,
I would introduce myself. I'm Samu13. I played from season 6 to season 9 then after a period I returned in season 15. I'm actually a scout for the Italy U21 national team, this is my third season. I'm actually training a SF prospect for Italy U21.
I'd like to become the new Scotland U21 national team coach because I think I can improve Scotland and Scotland can improve me.
This is a challenge for me and I'm ready to take it. I will put all of myself in Scotland team, my tactical knowledge and my training experience that I have increased during these seasons as Italian scout.
I have some italian people who can help me but I'd like to have all your support and I want to create a local staff and a method that can be transmitted to others coaches.
My idea is: I'd like to have two assistant coach, one Italian, the other Scottish.
Than it would be nice having one people for scouting PG and SG, one for PF and C, I have already one for the SF.
I will be in contact with all of this people, the role of the two assistant coach is to help me to prepare the matches, to control all of the young players who can risk to become retired and to maintain contact with the NT manager.
To prepare the matches I need a depth analysis of the opponents, this concern to me and to the assistants coaches but I'm thinking to assign this job paticulary to an other people.
The scouts have to be focused on following the managers with the training of theirs players to make them improve. This is THE MOST IMPORTANT THING!!!!!!
Scotland has to take the best from its players.
I would like to use some particular way of training that we have experimented here in Italy. Until now we have had good results from them, I think that they'll work also here in Scotland.
I have also other ideas but this post is too short for all of them, I'll show them if I will be elected.

Hello Scotland community! Greetings from Macedonia!
I'm gorge from Macedonia and I'm running for a National Team u21 manager of Scotland.

Why I've decided to run for this election in Scotland?
Well, for a couple of reasons. First, because I want a different kind of challenge and managing a national team is the biggest challenge a manager can take, especially when it comes to managing a foreign selection. And second, because I believe NT Scotland u21 has potential for better results.

What is my managerial portfolio?
I have been playing BB since season 8. I am the last manager of the u21 MKD team and now at the moment one of the Macedonia NT scouts.

I will set a good communication with the owners of the current national team players and future prospects. The roster has to have space for development and young players should be given a chance. Establishing a communication with the NT manager is also important and I'm open to discuss long term development strategy with the U21 staff as well.

So this is my presentation. Feel free to ask anything in the National Team Debate Thread.
I'm hoping for your support and vote.

Hey guys!

My name is Ralph and I'm from New Zealand. I was contacted by Calvin Harris around a week ago, saying he was stepping down and wondering if I was interested in running, I said yes, and here I am.

I'm going to make one thing clear, we are not going to rise in the rankings very quickily. For this term we are going to be struggling, so don't expect too many big results. I am aiming on setting up a couple of things to encourage training Scottish players. If these go well then by S24 we could be as high as 60/50 in the world rankings.

My main goals for the next 2 seasons will be to:

- Get high potential Scottish players trained, and trained well!

- Build up a reasonable first team for seasons 23 & 24.

- Get the community more active.

Hello,
I am Mitch Anderson, an up and coming manager. I have alot of experience, and I am very intellgient when it comes to the game. I am a very smart person, and I have been able to make many great connections throughout my time on buzzerbeater. I am closely connected with the manager of the U21 team in England, and even more closely connected with a manager of one of the best teams in the NBBA. Aside from them, I have alot ofother managers who have agreed to help should I win. Although I can't immediately make a huge impact, by the end of my second season, I hope I can have improved this team somewhat, and after my second term, I will have changed the team drastically. I am also an experienced scout, and an even more experienced trainer. My good friend Ardain, by best connection, is willing to help and has trained 6 U21 players, and 2 NT players. Quickly let me give you some information of my goals:

-Get more intrest started in the Scottish Community and more awareness
-Improve the record of the team by even one win
-Start a database where managers can post the skills of their players for me to see
-Improved scouting
-More investment in the training of Scottish Draftees
-Preservation of players on teams going bot
-Get in contact with more managers training Scottish players

Now that you've seen my goals, you know where my priorities are. These aren't my only goals, but what I thought I should bring up quickly for you to see. I know this has been overwhelming, but my increased scouting, and database addition, will give us the oppurtunity to bring in more high potential players. This will give our team the best chance to win, and I know you want that. If there is anything else you want to know, please contact me.
