The USA U21 team has successfully repeated as World Champions. Riding the momentum from a season 16 America's gold and a season 17 World's Gold (our first ever), the U21 team had two of the most dominant seasons ever. We went 23-1 over the past two seasons, losing only once (on less effort) to Spain. We avenged that loss in the semi finals en route to a worlds gold.

I'd like to thank several people for their contributions to the U21 team. Tactics are important, but if the players aren't real good, there's not much the coach can do. GWBallin (Vickers), smallfrie (Yi), Duke (McHugh), laurenwood (Withers), Azariah (Parsons), yamilfalco (Foote), Dangrel (McCormack), Boss (McLean), and AKCP (Casgrain) are some of the American managers who had great players during the season 18 America's team. This team was dominant. All I had to do was not screw it up.

Season 19 was much more intense, and I need to especially thank Jflores (Miller) and Coach Storm (Nielsen) for training and maintaining game shape on our twin towers all season. Without either of these two, we wouldn't have won Worlds. Secondly, I'd like to thank Rambo (Perez), Peluin (Lincoln), Jelme (Montoya), FullTime (Schulz), natellio/SREZ (Truong), and brian (Valenzuela) for training and maintaining game shape on their players. Each of these guys logged a ton of minutes for us this season, and were crucial to our success. Finally, GForce (Atli) and Kaile (La Placa) had their guys in great game shape at the end and both had solid games for us in the World's Final.

I appreciate the help the scouts of everyone who posted in the tactics threads on the offsite. It really helps to hear opinions and bounce ideas off other people. Guys like Coco, Azariah, Peluin, smallfrie, ipsonj, coolbobj, The Champ, BD, all were really helpful in the tactics discussions. Sorry if I forgot anyone.

Finally, have to thank jfarb. No one has put more effort into the NT program over the past 5+ seasons, and the results speak for themselves. 4 consecutive gold trophies for U21, and the NT's first America's gold since season 6. If anyone ever has a question about the NT or U21, just bb-mail Jfarb. Want to know if your 4 potential big has a chance at the team? BB-mail jfarb. Want to know why Poland is only .9 points behind us in the world ranking? bb-mail jfarb. Want to know why Michael Jordan rivals Matt Millen as one of the worst talent evaluating executives in sports? bb-mail jfarb.

I'd also like to say that I had a great time this season. The NT community makes this a ton of fun. Because of this, I will be running again for a second term. Thanks again everyone!

I want to thank you for all the hard work you have put in. We all may have helped, but it is YOU that made the final decisions and sent many bb-mails and had to put up with all the problems that come with being an U21 coach.

Im looking forward to winning more golds with you being the coach, and I am glad you are running as well!

But you are forgetting someone. And it's wozz and mfork, because without those guys, without the db, and the tools, we'd be in the freakin stone age. And I was in the stone age, and it wasn't comfortable

Can't believe I forgot them. They'll be happy to know I left them out while using wozz's salary db to add guys to the team and mfork's grease monkey script to add their skills to the db. My fault. Thanks guys.

Thanks for the kind words magiker. I think we are all very thankful to you and Rambo for the work you have done with the U21, myself especially. You guys took all of the community improvement and scouting etc and put it all together and brought us home 2 consecutive Worlds golds. These wins ended a streak of painful losing efforts in the Worlds and have breathed new life into the NT/U21 program and the offsite community. I don't know where we would be without you guys, you both set an example for our future managers. Glad to hear that you are running for re-election! The opportunity to win 3 in a row will be a huge challenge and a whole lot of fun

That's 1 time too many. Not impressed.
