How do players gain experience? Is it by number of games played or does it not matter about how many games played, just total minutes played throughout a season?

I ask because i want to give my rookies as much experience as i can while still managing them to have good gameshape...

Don't quote me on this, but I think the fastest games to play in for experience to pop are B3, NT/U21 games, Cup, Playoffs, League Games, Private League Games, and Scrimmages.

i think that both count.
lets say there are two players A and B.both have played for the same amounts of minutes in their careers but player A has played more games so he should have more experience.
lets consider 2 more players C and D and both have played in equal number of games in their careers but player C has played for more minutes so he should have more experience.
so i would say that the number of games played and minutes played per game account for the gain in the experience.

So it doesn't matter how many minutes they get in the game, as long as they play in the game, all the players recieve the same amount of increase in experience??

You don't get experience from private league games.

I think the number of minutes does matter for experience.

i agree with u on that...i mean a player who plays for 5 minutes in a tense situation would get more experience than the one who plays 5 minutes in a easy situation
