I played with Motion quite a bit, and still do, and have found that you might want to have some JS/DR/PA on your bigs. Some HA couldn't hurt, either.

Yes. Main skills for Motion is DR and PA. PA needs to be high on all 5 positions. I run Motion a lot and my bigs always have at least PA7. Also you do need some JS/JR on your bigs. HA helps too
