I have a couple of proposals.. take a look and let me know what you think about them.

1) In the auction, I suggest to introduce a sort of pre-emption, but I'm explaining it better. I say: let's create a first round of bids not delaying the end of the auction. After the time for the auction expires, only the teams which placed a bid in the first round can place other bids to purchase the player. This, in my mind, is in order to prevent teams from bidding at an auction at very the last moment after some teams have been competing for minuted and minutes through the bids to purchase the player.

2) About the Tournament, why not dividing the teams of the country in "first class teams", "second class teams", "third class teams" and so on, with the computerized teams in the last class? In order to avoid in the early rounds, for example, some games between two computerized teams and some games between two teams ranked in the first places of the country.

While I love the quotation in your signature, I am afraid I have to say No to both of your suggestions.

The first especially would result in an advantage for those who have more time in their hands. For the same reason why no in-game tactic adjustments are allowed, I think no further time-related constraint should be added to the bidding process.
